Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve more regions.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days. Free on orders over $50.
• Standard Shipping (Canada): 7-14 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
• Bundle items must be returned as a complete set.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation & Modification

• Orders may be cancelled or modified before they ship.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return Policy above.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
